The Company, as the controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "controller") in connection with the establishment of the contractual relationship, processes and stores under the conditions and within the limits set by applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a). b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data of the data subject for the following purposes:

contractual relationship with the data subject as a client;
keeping internal records of clients and employees.

The personal data of the data subject are processed automatically in electronic form. The data subject's personal data will not be processed by personal data processors. The data subject has the right to ask the controller to provide information on the processing of his / her personal data.

The data subject shall have the right to have the controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration.

The data subject shall have the right to delete personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay and the data controller shall be obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the reasons laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation is given.

The data subject has the right for the controller to restrict the processing of personal data, in the cases provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject shall have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him when the controller processes personal data for the following reasons:

processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority entrusted to the controller,
processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party,
for direct marketing purposes,

The data subject shall have the right to obtain personal data concerning him which he has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit such data to another controller without preventing the controller, in cases provided for by the General Protection Regulation. personal information.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent to the processing of personal data provided by the data subject, that data subject shall have the right to revoke that consent at any time.
