1. Application for participation in educational events
By submitting an application for a training event (seminars, training, etc.), the client accepts the relevant business offer of the supplier (hereinafter also the organizer of the training event or just the organizer), and agrees with these terms and conditions and the amount of participation fee (price) for participation in the training event. The application is valid and effective at the moment when it was delivered to the organizer of the educational event to the address stated in the contact details or at the moment when it was delivered to the organizer in person. The application can be sent via the Internet or Czech Post, a.s. or can be handed over in person.
2. Confirmation of receipt of application
Acceptance of each application and its acceptance will be confirmed by the organizer of the training event by e-mail sent to the address stated in the application form.
3. Payment of the participation fee, issue and handover of the invoice
The client will receive an invoice 14 days before the course and will pay the fee (price) for participation in the training event by transfer to the bank account of the organizer. If this is a free seminar, no invoice will be issued. If it fails to do so within 10 days of receipt of the invoice, the organizer of the training event may unilaterally cancel the validity of the concluded legal relationship with the client, with immediate effect. The organizer must notify the client of this fact by e-mail without delay.
4. Cancellation conditions
If the client cancels the application within 15 working days before the training event, the organizer fully accepts the cancellation. If the client cancels the application within 3 working days before the training event, the organizer partially accepts the cancellation and if the participation fee is paid, it will refund it in half. The non-refundable half of the participation fee (price) is in this case justifiable to the organizer of the educational event. If the customer cancels the application later than 3 working days before the event, the organizer of the educational event does not accept such cancellation and if the participation fee is paid, it will not refund the fee (price) to the customer. In such a case the paid fee (price) is rightfully due to the whole organizer. Furthermore, if the client sends an application and the persons listed on the application or their substitutes do not appear at the place of the training event, the client is obliged to pay the organizer the participation fee (price) regardless of the absence of these persons in the training event.
5. Confirmation of participation in educational events
The certificate of participation in educational events, in the form of a certificate, shall be handed over by the organizer to persons who participated in the educational event on the spot during the educational event.
6. Other arrangements
The organizer of the training event and the client may agree on different conditions of their legal relationship than stated in these terms and conditions, if both of them agree. Such different terms and conditions take precedence over the general terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change the deadline if the course is not sufficiently filled or for any other serious reason. The condition of the seminar is at least 20 binding orders. You will receive your course confirmation by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
